從“補(bǔ)土伏火”角度論歸脾湯合潛陽封髓丹治療頑固性失眠之機(jī)理

【摘 要】 文章論述了“補(bǔ)土伏火”的含義，強(qiáng)調(diào)中焦脾是上、下焦之氣升降交通的樞紐，并從“補(bǔ)土伏火”角度論述了歸脾湯合潛陽封髓丹治療頑固性失眠的中醫(yī)機(jī)理，附驗(yàn)案一則以佐證。

Abstract：This paper discussed the meaning of“Reinforcing the Earth to suppress the fire”， Highlighted that the spleen is the hinge of the qi ascending and descending of the upper and lower Jiao， and explored the TCM mechanism of treating intractable insomnia by Guipi decoction and Qianyangfengsui Dan based on the theory of“Reinforcing the Earth to suppress the fire”. In support of this statement， a case be attached.
