基于“濕氣乘血?！闭撝谓?jīng)前泄水

【摘 要】 《傅青主女科·調(diào)經(jīng)》記載了健固湯治療經(jīng)前泄水一病，該病是臨床較為罕見的疾病，其病因尚不清楚。參閱相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)，該病可被認(rèn)為一種特殊表現(xiàn)的月經(jīng)病，文章基于“濕氣乘血?！崩碚摚Y(jié)合血水理論，分析經(jīng)前泄水的發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療方法，并附驗(yàn)案一則。

Abstract：“Fu Qingzhu Nvke·Regulation of Menstruation”records that Jiangu Decoction treats the vaginal discharge before menstruation，which is a relatively rare disease in clinic，and its etiology is still unclear. Referring to relevant literature，this disease can be considered as a special manifestation of menstrual disease. Based on the theory of the theory of “moisture invasion of blood”and combined with the theory of blood and water，this paper analyzes the pathogenesis and treatment of premenstrual drainage. Attached is a case.
