核桃營養(yǎng)及生理活性成分的開發(fā)利用

摘 要：對核桃及其副產(chǎn)品的營養(yǎng)價值、保健作用、藥用價值和生理活性成分的開發(fā)利用進(jìn)行了闡述，展示了核桃對人們現(xiàn)實生活的重要性，通過不斷挖掘核桃應(yīng)用潛力，助力核桃產(chǎn)業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展。

Abstract：By focusing on the nutritional value， health effects， medicinal value and practical utilization of physiological active components of walnut and its by-products， the importance of walnuts to people’s life is demonstrated， and the healthy and orderly development of the walnut industry is facilitated by continuously exploring the potential of walnut applications.
