Abstract:Theindustrialcontroldatacollctionandmanagementsystemdrivenbyinformationtechnologydeploysa distributeddatacoltionarchitecture,angesinteligentsensingquipmentinkeyprocssoftructuralstrengthestingnd buildsafull-processdatacolectionnetwork.Testdataconfimedthatafterthesystemwasputintooperation,thetestefciency wassignificantlyimproved,thequaltyandstabilityoftestdatawereenhanced,andthelevelofequipmentmanagementeached anewlevel.DepLearning Algorithmsareusedtoanalyze testdataandachieveaccuratepredictionof testdata quality. Practicehasshownthatinformationtechnologhasimportantaplicationvalueinthefieldofindustrialcontrollayingasolid foundation for the digital transformation of intensive technical majors.
