人臉識別技術應用中的倫理風險及其規(guī)避方法

摘要：人臉識別技術的快速發(fā)展與廣泛應用不僅給人們的生活和工作帶來了便利，還面臨著隱私安全、財產(chǎn)安全、公平性等倫理風險。引發(fā)此類倫理風險的原因在于相關法律不健全、人臉識別技術不完善、個人隱私保護意識薄弱與算法歧視。為進一步推動人臉識別技術的持續(xù)、健康發(fā)展，文章針對以上倫理風險提出了規(guī)避方法。

Ethical risks in application of face recognition technology andhow to avoid them

Abstract：The rapid development and wide application of face recognition technology not only brings convenience to people's life and work， but also faces ethical risks such as privacy security，property security， and fairness. The reasons for such ethical risks are imperfect relevant laws，imperfect face recognition technology， weak awareness of personal privacy protection， and algorithmic discrimination method.
