[摘    要]為了使散貨船的損失降到最低，要根據(jù)《散貨船裝卸安全操作規(guī)則》進(jìn)行裝卸作業(yè)。散料卸船自動(dòng)裝車系統(tǒng)可以使成本降低，緩解環(huán)保壓力，在船舶裝卸作業(yè)中被廣泛地應(yīng)用。文章對(duì)通過(guò)散料卸船自動(dòng)化裝車系統(tǒng)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新背景、項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)、使用效益以及推廣應(yīng)用進(jìn)行闡述和分析。

[Abstract]In order to minimize the loss of bulk carriers， the loading and unloading operations should be carried out according to the "Safety Operating Rules for Loading and Unloading of Bulk Carriers". The automatic loading system of bulk material unloading can reduce the cost and relieve the pressure of environmental protection， and is widely used in ship loading and unloading operations. This paper expounds and analyzes the innovative background， project content， project innovation points， use benefits and popularization and application of bulk material unloading automatic loading system technology.
