【摘要】目的：探討患者復(fù)診預(yù)約在門(mén)診醫(yī)療服務(wù)流程管理中的應(yīng)用。方法：抽取我院收治的門(mén)診復(fù)診患者200例，根據(jù)護(hù)理方案分為兩組。對(duì)照組實(shí)施常規(guī)管理；觀察組實(shí)施復(fù)診預(yù)約服務(wù)流程管理模式。比較兩組護(hù)理后的效果。結(jié)果：觀察組經(jīng)門(mén)診醫(yī)療服務(wù)流程管理的復(fù)診預(yù)約管理后護(hù)理質(zhì)量以及滿意度優(yōu)于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the application of patients’ follow-up appointment in outpatient medical service process management.
