精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)在無痛結(jié)腸鏡檢查中的應(yīng)用效果

【摘要】目的：研究并分析無痛結(jié)腸鏡檢查中采用精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)的效果。方法：將我院的76例行無痛結(jié)腸鏡檢查患者作為研究對象，時(shí)間2021年3月—2022年6月，按照每個組38例的平均分方式將76例患者分成對照組和觀察組，將常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用到對照組中，將精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)應(yīng)用到觀察組中，對比兩組效果。結(jié)果：對照組腸道清潔評分和結(jié)腸鏡檢查時(shí)間均顯著長于觀察組，腸道準(zhǔn)備依從性、健康教育接受率、心理干預(yù)效果、護(hù)理滿意度均顯著低于觀察組，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率顯著高于觀察組，二者對比差異顯著（P

【Abstract】Objective： To study and analyze the effect of precise nursing intervention in painless colonoscopy. Methods： 76 patients who underwent painless colonoscopy in our hospital were taken as the research object，the time was from March 2021 to June 2022，according to the average pattern of 38 cases in each group，76 patients were divided into control group and observation group，the routine nursing intervention was applied to the control group，and the precise nursing intervention was applied to the observation group，to compare the two results of the two groups.
