蔣益蘭教授基于“輕復(fù)氣機”思想治療惡性腫瘤

〔摘要〕 國家級名中醫(yī)蔣益蘭認為惡性腫瘤病機演變、發(fā)展過程以氣化失常為主要矛盾，治療上應(yīng)強調(diào)審察氣機，提倡精簡用藥，選用清平柔和之品，注意劑量、配伍，用藥順應(yīng)四時，使氣機輕復(fù)，辨證準確則收效亦佳。并舉惡性腫瘤醫(yī)案2則，以資佐證。

〔Abstract〕 Professor Jiang Yilan， a national famous TCM doctor， believes that the main contradiction in the pathogenesis evolution and development process of malignant tumor is abnormal function of Qi. In the treatment， we should emphasize the examination of Qi mechanism， advocate the simplification of drug using， the selection of smooth and soft products， pay attention to the dosage and collocation， and the use of drugs in accordance with the four seasons， so that the Qi mechanism can be easily restored and if the syndrome differentiation is accurate， the effect is also good. Two medical cases of malignant tumor were cited for evidence.
