Abstract：Plant parasitic nematodes （PNs）have a wide hostrange，and seriouslyendanger therotsystem ofcrops，making theirpreventionandcontrolverydicult.RNAitechologycandown-regulatetheexpresioofkeytargetgenesofplantparasitic nematodes，whichhastheadvantagesofstrongspecificityandhighsafety.RNAi technologyhasbeen widelyused inthestudyof nematode-specificgene functionand preventionandcontroltechnologyinte processofplant-nematodeinteractions.Inthispaper， wereviewed theoriginandmechanismofRNAi techologytheselectionofRNAitarget genes inplantparasiticnematodes，andthe strategyof deliveringdsRNA topreventandcontrolplantparasitic nematodes，and exploredthe prospectofapplying RNAi inthe preventionandcontrolofplantparasiticnematodes，withtheaimofprovidinganewpreventionandcontrolstrategyofplantparasitic nematode diseases.
