Abstract:Plant parasitic nematodes (PNs)have a wide hostrange,and seriouslyendanger therotsystem ofcrops,making theirpreventionandcontrolverydicult.RNAitechologycandown-regulatetheexpresioofkeytargetgenesofplantparasitic nematodes,whichhastheadvantagesofstrongspecificityandhighsafety.RNAi technologyhasbeen widelyused inthestudyof nematode-specificgene functionand preventionandcontroltechnologyinte processofplant-nematodeinteractions.Inthispaper, wereviewed theoriginandmechanismofRNAi techologytheselectionofRNAitarget genes inplantparasiticnematodes,andthe strategyof deliveringdsRNA topreventandcontrolplantparasitic nematodes,and exploredthe prospectofapplying RNAi inthe preventionandcontrolofplantparasiticnematodes,withtheaimofprovidinganewpreventionandcontrolstrategyofplantparasitic nematode diseases.
