3+</sup>/Er<sup>3+</sup> 雙摻 MLu<sub>x</sub>F<sub>y</sub> (M為L(zhǎng)i、Na、K、Rb或Cs; x=1 , y=4 或 x=2 , y=7 )材料體系,使用X射線(xiàn)衍射儀、透射電鏡、拉曼光譜儀和熒光分光光度計(jì)對(duì)材料體系進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)和發(fā)光性能檢測(cè)。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明, Yb<sup>3+</sup>/Er<sup>3+</sup> 雙摻 MLu<sub>x</sub>F<sub>y</sub> 亞微米/納米晶體在 980nm 激光激發(fā)下均可實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色和紅色上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光,但其上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光能力各不相同。實(shí)驗(yàn)中,利用泵浦功率閾值(pump powerthreshold,PPT)快速區(qū)分 Yb<sup>3+</sup>/Er<sup>3+</sup> 雙摻亞微米/納米晶體的上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光能力。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),PPT與 Yb<sup>3+</sup>/Er<sup>3+</sup> 雙摻亞微米/納米晶體的最大聲子能量之間存在相關(guān)性。因此,在稀土摻雜上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光晶體材料的篩選過(guò)程中,可在發(fā)光性能測(cè)試時(shí)使用PPT,以快速判別其上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光能力。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Yb+/Er雙摻基氟化物晶體上轉(zhuǎn)換發(fā)光 能力的快速實(shí)驗(yàn)判別

Abstract: In order to quickly identify the upconversion luminescence ability of rare earth doped crystal materials, Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped MLuxFy 0 M=Li ,Na, K,Rb, or Cs;x=1,y=4 or x=2,y=7 ) crystal materials were designed and then synthesized using a liquid-solid transfer method.The materials were characterized by using X-ray diffaction, transmission electron microscope, Raman spectroscopy,and fluorescence spectrophotometer. The results indicated that green and red upconversion luminescence of Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped MLuxFy submicron/nanocrystals were obtained under a 980nm laser excitation, whereas these submicron/nanocrystals differed from one another in their ability to give out upconversion luminescence. In the experiment, a pump power threshold (PPT) was used to quickly distinguish the diference in upconversion luminescence ability of Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped MLuxFy submicron/nanocrystals. According to analysis, it is found that there is a correlationbetween the PPTand the maximum phonon energiesof Yb3+/Er3+ co-doped MLuxFy (20 submicron/nanocrystals. Therefore, in the screening of rare earth doped upconversion luminescent crystal materials, the PPT can be used to quickly identify their upconversion luminescent ability.
