智慧小型斷路器操作機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計與分析

摘 要:
針對智慧小型斷路器,繪制機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動簡圖,并調(diào)整操作機(jī)構(gòu)四連桿尺寸,分析操作機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動軌跡。結(jié)合靜力學(xué)分析操作機(jī)構(gòu)在某些狀態(tài)位置的受力情況,計算智慧小型斷路器觸頭參數(shù)(開距、超程、終壓力、驅(qū)動單元力),為其操作機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計與分析提供一種新的方向。

Design and Analysis on Operating Mechanism of Smart Miniature Circuit Breakers
Abstract:
For smart miniature circuit breakers,a schematic diagram of the mechanism motion is drawed,the size of the four connecting rods of the operating mechanism is adjusted, and the motion trajectory of the operating mechanism is analyzed.Combined with the static analysis to analyze the force situation of the operating mechanism at certain steady-state positions,the contact parameters of the smart miniature circuit breaker (opening distance,overtravel,final pressure,driving unit force) are calculated,which provides a new design direction for the design and analysis of the operating mechanism of smart miniature circuit breakers.
