水稻惡苗病接種試驗(yàn)初步研究

摘  要：選擇了2個(gè)水稻品種，通過病原菌孢子和菌絲懸浮液與稻?；彀璧姆椒ń臃N，接種5 d后分離出病原菌的芽數(shù)占總分離稻芽的70%以上，從病原菌分離出部位看，病原菌隨著植株生長(zhǎng)逐步向上擴(kuò)展蔓延。接種發(fā)病的效果證明了使用稻粒與惡苗病菌混拌接種方法是可行的，且簡(jiǎn)便易行。

Preliminary Study on Inoculation Test of Rice Bakanae

Abstract：In this paper， two rice varieties were selected and inoculated by mixing pathogen spores and mycelia suspension with rice grain. After 5 days of inoculation， the number of shoots isolated pathogens accounted for more than 70% of the total isolated rice shoots. The effect of inoculation proved that the mixed inoculation method of rice grain and pathogen was feasible and simple.

水稻惡苗病又名徒長(zhǎng)病俗稱公稻子，是危害性強(qiáng)的水稻常見真菌性病害，是黑龍江稻區(qū)普遍發(fā)生的水稻病害，在水稻生育后期調(diào)查發(fā)病重的地塊發(fā)病率達(dá)10%～20%，嚴(yán)重影響水稻產(chǎn)量。（剩余4026字）
