〔摘 要〕介紹了銅冶煉廠轉(zhuǎn)爐煙罩兩種冷卻方式:常壓汽化冷卻式和循環(huán)水冷式,并對(duì)兩者的區(qū)別進(jìn)行了闡述。詳細(xì)介紹了循環(huán)水冷式煙罩余熱回收系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路,包括工藝流程、關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)等,并對(duì)已實(shí)施的工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分析。分析表明循環(huán)水冷式煙罩余熱回收系統(tǒng)工藝穩(wěn)定,節(jié)能、節(jié)水,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,值得推廣。

Waste Heat Recovery of Converter Circulating Water-cooled Hood

Abstract This article introduces two cooling methods of converter hood in copper smelter: atmospheric pressure vapor-cooled and circulating water-cooled, and explains the differences between the two methods. This article provides a detailed introduction to the design concept of a circulating water-cooled hood waste heat recovery system, including process flow, key control points, etc., and analyzes the implemented engineering projects. The analysis shows that the circulating water-cooled hood waste heat recovery system has stable process, energy-saving and water-saving advantages, and good economic benefits, which is worth promoting.
