清代郵驛活動(dòng)所見濫發(fā)官文書研究

Abstract： The postal system in the Qing Dynasty hada huge scale and played an irreplaceablerole in conveying government orders，resource allocation，cultural exchange，andotheraspects.However，it also led to poor personnel management，waste of postal resources，and indiscriminate distribution of official documents. Thisarticle starts from the documentaffairsrelated to postal activities in the Qing Dynasty，and explores the types，reasons，hazards，and governance measures involved in the indiscriminate distribution of official documents and booksin postal activities during the Qing Dynasty. It adds strength to the study of the Qing Dynasty document system and postal system，and further pro motes the in-depth developmentofrelatedresearch.
