職能導(dǎo)向下檔案館人才培育策略
摘要:該文從界定“檔案館人才”概念出發(fā),分析檔案館“人員多人才少”的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境及其成因,提出以檔案館職能為導(dǎo)向的人才培育策略——選擇內(nèi)部培育為重點(diǎn)途徑,以培育精通館藏和全面服務(wù)兩方面能力作為目標(biāo),實(shí)現(xiàn)館內(nèi)“人員”到“人才”的提升。

Abstract: Based on defining the concept of "ar? chives of talent", this paper analyzes one of the diffi? culties in archives is "more personnel less talent", and the cause of it. And it also puts forward the function- oriented talent cultivation strategies: in? ternal cultivating way and cultivating object that em? phasizes abilities in the two aspects of collection and comprehensive service to realize the promo? tion of "personnel" to "talent" in the archives.
