奧馬環(huán)素臨床應(yīng)用的研究進(jìn)展

摘要：從結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、抗菌機(jī)制、藥代動(dòng)力學(xué)、藥物相互作用及臨床應(yīng)用等全面介紹奧馬環(huán)素的研究進(jìn)展，為更深入的研究提供參考價(jià)值。奧馬環(huán)素作為新一代氨甲基類四環(huán)素，抗菌譜廣，抗菌活性強(qiáng)。多項(xiàng)隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)證實(shí)了奧馬環(huán)素的療效顯著，安全性高。奧馬環(huán)素具有科研和臨床研究?jī)r(jià)值，值得深入研究。

Research Progress on Clinical Application of Omadacycline

Abstract： The research progress of omadacycline was reviewed from the aspects of structure， antibacterial mechanism， pharmacokinetics， drug interaction and clinical application.  Omdacycline， as a new generation of aminomethyl tetracycline， has a wide antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity. Omdacycline's safety and effectiveness have been affirmed by several randomized controlled trials. Omdacycline is a valuable clinical and scientific research topic that merits more investigation.
