鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略背景下“三農(nóng)”人才隊伍培育對策研究

摘要 培育一支優(yōu)秀的“三農(nóng)”人才隊伍是鄉(xiāng)村振興的關鍵，基于當前我國“三農(nóng)”人才隊伍培育中存在的相關問題，探究問題產(chǎn)生的原因，提出提升“三農(nóng)”人才隊伍培育的對策，通過研究“三農(nóng)”人才隊伍培育問題，為農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和新農(nóng)村建設提供有效的人才保障。

Research on the Cultivation Countermeasures of “Agriculture， Rural Areas and Farmers” Talent Team under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract Cultivating an excellent team of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” is the key to rural revitalization. This paper is based on the existing problems in the cultivation of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team， explore the causes of the problems， and put forward countermeasures to improve the cultivation of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team， by exploring the problems of “agriculture， rural areas and farmers” talent team cultivation， to provide effective talent guarantee for rural economic development and new rural construction.
