火力發(fā)電廠汽輪機(jī)常見故障分析與檢修研究

［摘要］汽輪機(jī)是火力發(fā)電廠的重要生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，其能否正常運行將影響著電能正常生產(chǎn)，這就需要及時準(zhǔn)確地確定汽輪機(jī)故障部位，快速排除故障并恢復(fù)生產(chǎn)。文章先對汽輪機(jī)故障檢修意義和汽輪機(jī)構(gòu)造與原理進(jìn)行論述，并對汽輪機(jī)常見故障和檢修手段進(jìn)行分析，最后提出火力發(fā)電廠汽輪機(jī)檢修策略，可供相關(guān)人員參考。

［Abstract］Steam turbine is an important production equipment in thermal power plant. Whether it can operate normally will affect the normal power production. Therefore，it is necessary to determine the fault position of steam turbine in time and accurately，quickly eliminate the fault and resume production. This paper first discusses the significance of steam turbine fault maintenance and the structure and principle of steam turbine，analyzes the common faults and maintenance means of steam turbine，and finally puts forward the maintenance strategy of steam turbine in thermal power plant，which can be used as a reference for relevant personnel.
