細胞療法在肝臟疾病臨床治療中的應(yīng)用及展望

摘要：細胞療法是區(qū)別于傳統(tǒng)藥物的新興療法，其中免疫細胞和間充質(zhì)干細胞是目前治療肝臟疾病最有前景的兩類細胞，其展現(xiàn)的治療效果已經(jīng)初見成效。本文對肝臟疾病領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的細胞療法進展進行總結(jié)，分析不同細胞療法的挑戰(zhàn)和應(yīng)對策略，并對細胞療法在肝臟相關(guān)疾病中的應(yīng)用前景進行展望。

Abstract：Cell therapy is an emerging therapy different from traditional drug therapy， among which immune cells and mesenchymal stem cells are the two types of most promising cells in the treatment of liver diseases at present， and preliminary results have been achieved for their therapeutic effects. This article summarizes the advances in cell therapy in the field of liver diseases， analyzes the challenges and coping strategies of different cell therapies， and discusses the application prospects of cell therapy in liver-related diseases.
