農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)助力精準(zhǔn)扶貧問題研究

摘  要：農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)的本質(zhì)決定其在預(yù)防農(nóng)業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、保證國家糧食安全、穩(wěn)定農(nóng)民收入和緩解政府財(cái)政負(fù)擔(dān)方面起著舉足輕重的作用。同時(shí)，精準(zhǔn)扶貧也是我國為實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧而努力的主要目標(biāo)。與我國傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)相比，精準(zhǔn)扶貧農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)有助于使我國的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)更好地發(fā)揮其扶貧作用，從而推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。

Abstract： The nature of agricultural insurance determines that it plays an important role in preventing agricultural risks， ensuring national food security， stabilizing farmers' income and alleviating the financial burden of the government. At the same time， targeted poverty alleviation is also the main goal of China in achieving poverty alleviation. Compared with China's traditional agricultural insurance， agricultural insurance for targeted poverty alleviation helps to make China's agricultural insurance better play its role in poverty alleviation， promote rural economic development thereby.

目前，新型冠狀病毒感染嚴(yán)重威脅著我國的食品生產(chǎn)，而由于天氣因素引起的自然災(zāi)害，使得我國的食品生產(chǎn)出現(xiàn)了較大的不確定性，因此，通過建立健全的農(nóng)業(yè)保險(xiǎn)制度，可以降低生產(chǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，降低災(zāi)害損失。（剩余4830字）
