職業(yè)教育服務(wù)鄉(xiāng)村振興人才培養(yǎng)的路徑探索

摘  要：鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略的提出，為職業(yè)教育改革指明方向，如何迎合鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，為其快速實現(xiàn)承擔(dān)職業(yè)教育應(yīng)承擔(dān)的使命，就成當(dāng)下職業(yè)教育重點思考的問題。文章指出職業(yè)教育在鄉(xiāng)村振興中主要承擔(dān)人才培養(yǎng)責(zé)任，對如何進(jìn)行人才培養(yǎng)以適應(yīng)鄉(xiāng)村振興所需進(jìn)行了探索。

Abstract： The proposal of the strategy of rural revitalization has pointed out the direction for the reform of vocational education. How to cater to the strategy of rural revitalization and undertake the mission that vocational education should undertake has become a key issue for vocational education at present. This paper points out that vocational education mainly undertakes the responsibility of personnel training in rural revitalization， and explores how to train talents to meet the needs of rural revitalization.
