摘  要：目前國家保護(hù)農(nóng)用地的形勢非常嚴(yán)峻，耕地資源具有耕地總量少、人均耕地少、耕地后備資源少的特點(diǎn)。優(yōu)質(zhì)耕地資源的減少、耕地質(zhì)量差、農(nóng)作物產(chǎn)量低是現(xiàn)在亟待解決的問題。

Abstract： At present， the situation of national protection of agricultural land is very serious. The cultivated land resources are characterized by less total cultivated land， less per capita cultivated land and less reserve cultivated land resources. The reduction of high-quality cultivated land resources， poor quality of cultivated land and low crop yield are the urgent problems to be solved.
