農(nóng)機(jī)化教育培訓(xùn)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)研究

摘  要：農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化是推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力之源。農(nóng)村發(fā)展離不開(kāi)農(nóng)機(jī)專業(yè)人才。為此，培養(yǎng)一支專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的農(nóng)機(jī)隊(duì)伍，需要一支專業(yè)素質(zhì)與教學(xué)能力過(guò)硬的教師隊(duì)伍，為農(nóng)機(jī)人才做好教育培訓(xùn)工作至關(guān)重要?；诖?，文章分析了農(nóng)機(jī)化教育培訓(xùn)師資隊(duì)伍的現(xiàn)狀，并有針對(duì)性地提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策，以期能夠提供一定的參考。

Abstract： The power source of agricultural mechanization to promote agricultural development. Rural development is inseparable from a number of agricultural machinery professionals. For this reason， to cultivate a group of professional agricultural machinery team， we need a group of teachers with excellent professional quality and teaching ability， and it is very important to do a good job of education and training for agricultural machinery talents. Based on this， this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural mechanization education as well as training teachers， and puts forward optimization countermeasures for reference.
