°</sup>C )、避光條件和氮添加影響下對砷(II)和砷(V)的去除速率;結(jié)合藻體消解試驗,開展藻體內(nèi)砷形態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)化分析研究。結(jié)果表明:水體溫度從10<sup>°</sup>C 升高至 40<sup>°</sup>C 能夠使砷(III)去除速率增加3.9倍,而對砷(V)影響較??;光照條件下砷(III)去除速率是避光條件的8.1倍,光合作用產(chǎn)生的溶解氧能使更多砷(II)氧化成為砷(V);氮存在時,因其 NH<sub>4</sub><sup>+</sup> 氧化為 NO<sub>2</sub><sup>-</sup> 和NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> 消耗體系氧,使得砷(III去除速率降低為無氮條件的 12.7%~22.1% ,但氧化的 NO<sub>3</sub><sup>-</sup> 能夠促進(jìn)砷(III氧化形成砷(V);與短期試驗相比,長期生長后的藻體中出現(xiàn)有機(jī)形式的一甲基砷(MMA),其質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為 49~59μg/g ,砷(II)組中各形態(tài)砷的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)均高于砷(V)組。鑒于顯著的砷去除速率和體內(nèi)有機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)化,說明水綿能夠成為一種水體砷污染修復(fù)介質(zhì)。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

Removal and Conversion of Arsenic (III and V) in Spirogyra sp. System

Abstract: In this study,the removal rates of arsenic (II) and arsenic(V) by living Spirogyra sp. under different temperatures ( 10°C , 25°C and 40°C ), shading conditions and nitrogen addition were investigated through iluminated microcosmic experiments. The results showed that the removal rate of arsenic (III) could be increased by 3. 9 times as the temperatures increased from 10°C to 40°C ,but this treatment had little effect on removal rate of arsenic(V). The removal rate of arsenic (II) under light condition was

8.1 times of that under shading condition,and the dissolved oxygen generated by photosynthesis could oxidize more arsenic (III) to arsenic(V). In the presence of nitrogen,the removal rate of arsenic (Il) was reduced to 12.7%-22.1% of the nitrogen-free condition due to the oxidation of NH4+ to NO2- and NO3- consuming oxygen in the system,but the oxidized NO3- could promote the oxidation of arsenic (III) to arsenic (V). Compared with the short-term experiment,the organic form of monomethylarsenic (MMA) produced in the algae after long-term of growth in a concentration of ,and the contents of various forms of arsenic in the arsenic (II) group was higher than those of in the arsenic (V) group. In view of the significant arsenic removal rate and in vivo organic conversion,Spirogyra sp. can be used as an effective remediation medium for arsenic pollution in water system.
