Abstract：Against thebackdropofrapid developmentofnewqualityproductivity，thecontinuous deepeningofnational standardizationworkreformhasprovidednewdevelopmentopportunitiesforthestandardizationworkofregional（suburban） railways.Thisarticlesystematicallystudiesthebjectattibutesanddocumentattibutesofregional （suburban）railwaystandards fromaregulatoryperspective，anddeeplyexplores their inherentrelationshipwith productsandtechnologies.Furthermore，it distinguishesthescientificpositioningofmandatoryandrecommendedstandards forregional （suburban）railways fromthe perspectiveofnewqualityproductivity.Researchhasshowthatclarifyingtheatributecharacteristicsandpositioningofregional （suburban）railwaystandardscannotonlyprovidetheoretical guidancefortheformulationandrevisionofstandards，promote theficientimplementationofstandards，butalsolayasolidfoundationforthecutivationandimprovementofnewquality productivityofregional （suburban）railways.Thisstudyhasimportant theoreticalandpracticalsignificanceforimproving the standard systemofregional（suburban）railwaysand promoting high-quality development of the industry.
