Abstract：TheNational StandardizationDevelopmentOutlineemphasizes thepromotionof theinteractivedevelopmentof standardizationandsientificandtechnologicalinovation.Inrecentyars，enterprisesandinstitutionshaveatachedineasing importancetosientificandtechnologicalinovationandstandardization，focusingoandlayngoutsientificresearchpojects withstandardsasthainoutome.Ingeneralheatiofientifcandtechlogicalacievementsransforedintotadards is notigh，andtheintegrationmechaismofsientificndechologicalinoationndsadardssillneedstooed Inordertoefectivelyimprovetheinteractionbetweenscientificandtechologicalinnovationandstandards，thispaperanalyzes thedomesticpoliciesonsientificandtechnologicalinovationandstandards，clarifestherelationshipbetweenscientifcand technologicalinovationndtandardsuildapathfortheintegrationofsientificandtechologicalinovationandstadards inthefieldofnaturalgas，andestablishesamodelforthedevelopmentofsientificandtechnologicalinnovationandstandards. Basedonthenatural gasqualityandmetrology，thepaper explores thedemonstrationandapplicationoftheintegrationof scientificandtechnologicalinnovationandstandards，soastoprovidereferenceforthefutureintegrationofscientificand technological innovation and standards for the development of natural gas.
