摘 要:公共服務(wù)是現(xiàn)代政府的基本職能之一,開(kāi)展公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)有利于推動(dòng)公共服務(wù)工作的持續(xù)改進(jìn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系展開(kāi)研究,為公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研制以及公共服務(wù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)測(cè)工作提供技術(shù)支撐。

Abstract: Public service is one of the basic functions of modern government. Carrying out public service quality monitoring is benefi cial to promote the continuous improvement of public service work. Through the research on the standards system of public service quality monitoring, this paper provides technical support for the development of standards on public service quality monitoring and public service quality monitoring work.

1 研究背景和目的
