印染廢水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì)與分析

摘要：以某工業(yè)園區(qū)污水處理廠為例，對(duì)印染廢水的水質(zhì)和水量特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析，提出解決方案，并進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行工藝設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)實(shí)際運(yùn)行后發(fā)現(xiàn)，該污水處理廠出水水質(zhì)可以穩(wěn)定達(dá)標(biāo)，取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

Design and Analysis of Printing and Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Process

Abstract： Taking a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park as an example， this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of the water quality and quantity characteristics of printing and dyeing wastewater， proposes solutions， and further designs the process. After actual operation， it was found that the effluent quality of the sewage treatment plant can stably meet the standard. It was found that the sewage treatment plant can achieve good economic benefits.

印染是指對(duì)紡織材料進(jìn)行物理或化學(xué)處理過(guò)程的總稱，印染過(guò)程中包括產(chǎn)生前處理廢水、染色廢水、脫水廢水以及印花廢水等多種污廢水，因其水質(zhì)不一且水量常處于波動(dòng)狀態(tài)，難以處理。（剩余2822字）
