貴州省國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀評(píng)估及未來(lái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別

摘要：國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)保護(hù)涉及多個(gè)方面，包括安全、創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開(kāi)放和共享，其間需要做好未來(lái)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別。本研究主要以堅(jiān)守發(fā)展和安全兩條底線作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，分析開(kāi)發(fā)和保護(hù)的多重安全矛盾，識(shí)別貴州省國(guó)土空間開(kāi)發(fā)保護(hù)未來(lái)可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策，以供同行參考。

Status Assessment and Future Risk Identification of Land Space Development and Protection in Guizhou Province

Abstract： The development and protection of land space involve multiple aspects， including security， innovation， coordination， green， openness and sharing， and future risk identification needs to be done well. This study mainly takes adhering to the two bottom lines of development and security as the starting point， analyzes the multiple security contradictions between development and protection， identifies the potential risks that Guizhou Province’s land space development and protection may face in the future， and proposes corresponding countermeasures for peer reference.
