摘要：光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目施工及運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程會(huì)不可避免地影響生態(tài)環(huán)境，這就需要做好環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)。本文從施工期和運(yùn)營(yíng)期分析光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容，并以某光伏發(fā)電項(xiàng)目為例，開(kāi)展環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)，提出環(huán)境污染防治措施，以期將項(xiàng)目環(huán)境影響降到最小，實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)境效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益、社會(huì)效益的共贏。

Abstract： The construction and operation process of photovoltaic power generation projects will inevitably affect the ecological environment， which requires a good environmental impact assessment. This paper analyzes the environmental impact assessment content of photovoltaic power generation projects from the construction and operation periods， and takes a certain photovoltaic power generation project as an example to carry out environmental impact assessment and propose environmental pollution prevention and control measures， in order to minimize the environmental impact of the project and achieve a win-win situation between environmental benefits， economic benefits， and social benefits.
