退役輸油管線埋設(shè)地塊土壤污染狀況調(diào)查

摘要:退役輸油管線埋設(shè)地塊存在潛在生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),需要開展土壤污染狀況調(diào)查。本文以肥城市某退役輸油管線埋設(shè)地塊為例,統(tǒng)籌管線運(yùn)營(yíng)期及無害化處置期,根據(jù)區(qū)域水文地質(zhì)條件和管線埋設(shè)情況,采用系統(tǒng)隨機(jī)布點(diǎn)法和專業(yè)判斷布點(diǎn)法相結(jié)合的布點(diǎn)方案,系統(tǒng)開展土壤污染狀況調(diào)查,為類似地塊的調(diào)查提供參考。

Investigation on Soil Pollution Status of a Retired Oil Pipeline

Abstract: There are potential ecological risks in the buried sites of retired oil pipelines, and soil pollution status investigations need to be carried out. Taking the buried site of a retired oil pipeline in Feicheng City as an example, this paper coordinates the pipeline operation period and harmless disposal period, and adopts a distribution plan that combines the systematic random distribution method and professional judgment distribution method based on the regional hydrogeological conditions and pipeline buried situation, and then systematically conducts an investigation of soil pollution status, thus providing reference for similar land investigations.

長(zhǎng)管道輸送是石油、天然氣等能源最經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全的運(yùn)輸方式,但是油氣輸送管道在為城市提供能源的同時(shí),也受到城市發(fā)展的影響,對(duì)于管道被城區(qū)集中占?jí)骸⒋┰饺丝诿芗瘏^(qū)等原因造成的重大安全隱患,只能選擇管道改線的方式進(jìn)行整治。(剩余3809字)
