“無廢城市”背景下餐廚垃圾處理技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

摘要：餐廚垃圾處理技術(shù)是近年來國內(nèi)固廢處理領(lǐng)域的研究熱點(diǎn)。本文綜述了我國餐廚垃圾處理技術(shù)現(xiàn)狀，并分析了幾種新型餐廚垃圾處理技術(shù)，為今后餐廚垃圾處理指明新方向。

Abstract： Kitchen waste treatment technology is a research hotspot in domestic solid waste treatment field in recent years. This paper summarizes the current situation of kitchen waste treatment technology in China， analyzes several new kitchen waste treatment technologies， so as to point out a new direction for future kitchen waste treatment.

現(xiàn)階段，我國經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，人民生活水平逐漸提高，餐廚垃圾產(chǎn)生量日益加大，已對(duì)周邊環(huán)境造成極大的影響，若沒有得到及時(shí)合理的處置，則會(huì)對(duì)自然界造成污染，危害人體健康。（剩余5639字）
