民國(guó)時(shí)期商洛鄉(xiāng)賢文化的構(gòu)建

摘 要：民國(guó)時(shí)期商洛地方政府在鄉(xiāng)賢文化的構(gòu)建上主要通過(guò)大力建設(shè)以“廉能”為特征的仕宦文化，繼續(xù)弘揚(yáng)“天下有道則現(xiàn)，無(wú)道則隱”的高士文化等措施，引導(dǎo)士人奮發(fā)向上、積極入仕、恪盡職守、剛直不阿、清正廉潔、氣節(jié)高尚，以期澄清地方吏治，加強(qiáng)地方政治建設(shè)。

The Construction of County Sage Culture in

Period of Republic of China in Shangluo

Abstract： During the period of the Republic of China， the local government of Shangluo vigorously constructed the official culture characterized by "honesty and ability"， continued to carry forward the official culture of "where there is morality， there is way， otherwise， the other way"， and constructed the local meritocracy culture. The main purpose of this culture was to guide the scholars to strive forward， actively enter the official ranks， fulfill their duties， be upright， honest and noble， so as to clarify the local officials and strengthen the local political construction.
