新舊動能轉換背景下的山東鋼鐵運營狀況分析

摘 要：針對山東省唯一一家上市鋼鐵公司實施新舊動能轉換前后的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及財務狀況變化，進行了成本控制、內(nèi)部管控等方面的分析，進而對鋼鐵行業(yè)未來如何更好實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，提升本質(zhì)化運營，提出了加強相應風險防范的啟示和建議。

ANALYSIS OF SHANDONG IRON AND STEEL'S OPERATION SITUATION IN THE CONTEXT OF NEW AND OLD DYNAMIC ENERGY CONVERSION

Abstract：This paper analyse the cost control， internal control and other aspects of the production， operation and financial status changes before and after the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of the only listed steel company in Shandong Province， then puts forward insights and suggestions on how to better achieve high-quality development and enhance essential operations in the steel industry in the future and strengthen corresponding risk prevention.

2016年以來，伴隨國家供給側結構性改革和全面深化改革的推進，鋼鐵行業(yè)迎來新的發(fā)展機遇，通過改造提升傳統(tǒng)動能、培育壯大新動能、加快轉型和結構優(yōu)化，推動企業(yè)實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，因此，分析業(yè)內(nèi)典型企業(yè)的經(jīng)驗教訓具有極大的借鑒意義。（剩余3152字）
