摘 要:針對山東省唯一一家上市鋼鐵公司實施新舊動能轉換前后的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營及財務狀況變化,進行了成本控制、內(nèi)部管控等方面的分析,進而對鋼鐵行業(yè)未來如何更好實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展,提升本質(zhì)化運營,提出了加強相應風險防范的啟示和建議。

ANALYSIS OF SHANDONG IRON AND STEEL'S OPERATION SITUATION IN THE CONTEXT OF NEW AND OLD DYNAMIC ENERGY CONVERSION

Abstract:This paper analyse the cost control, internal control and other aspects of the production, operation and financial status changes before and after the implementation of the old and new kinetic energy transformation of the only listed steel company in Shandong Province, then puts forward insights and suggestions on how to better achieve high-quality development and enhance essential operations in the steel industry in the future and strengthen corresponding risk prevention.
