柳鋼中金不銹鋼公司2號高爐停爐實踐

摘 要：對中金2號高爐停爐進行總結，重點介紹高爐停爐前的準備、前后動力能源介質的平衡、爐況調劑和停爐期間發(fā)生異常爐況的處理手段，通過爐頂打水和控制風量等手段，采用回收煤氣和不放殘鐵的停爐方式，避免停爐發(fā)生大的爆震，實現(xiàn)了安全環(huán)保地順利停爐。

SHUTDOWN PRACTICE OF NO. 2 BLAST FURNACE IN ZHONGJIN STAINLESS STEEL COMPANY OF LIUGANG

Abstract：This paper summarizes the shutdown of ZhongJin No.2 blast furnace，focusing on the preparation before the shutdown of the blast furnace，the balance of the power energy medium before and after， the furnace condition regulation and the treatment means of abnormal furnace conditions during the shutdown，through the top of the furnace water and control of air volume and other means，using the recovery of gas and do not put residual iron shutdown way，to avoid large knock，to achieve a safe and environmentally friendly shutdown of the furnace.

廣西柳鋼中金不銹鋼有限公司是廣西柳鋼集團全資子公司，現(xiàn)有高爐兩座，1號爐是320 m3，生產低鎳生鐵，用于冶煉不銹鋼；2號高爐1 680 m3，生產普碳煉鋼生鐵，采用3臺75 m鑄鐵機鑄鐵，鑄鐵塊拉到柳鋼本部或防鋼使用。（剩余3585字）
