細胞自噬在肝衰竭中的研究進展

[摘   要]   肝衰竭是臨床中常見的嚴重肝病癥候群，其病情進展迅速，臨床預(yù)后差，病死率極高。近年來，細胞自噬在肝衰竭中所起的作用備受關(guān)注。研究肝衰竭中細胞自噬所起的作用，對預(yù)防和治療肝衰竭具有重要意義。本文就細胞自噬在肝衰竭中的研究進展作一綜述。

[Abstract]   Liver failure is a common clinical severe liver disease syndrome with rapid progression， poor prognosis and high mortality. In recent years， autophagy plays an important role in liver failure. To study the role of autophagy in liver failure is of great significance to prevent and treat liver failure. This article reviews the progress of autophagy in liver failure.
