導(dǎo)電水凝膠在心血管疾病中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】心血管疾病在全球范圍內(nèi)發(fā)病率逐漸增高，是成人死亡的常見原因之一，嚴重威脅公眾健康。導(dǎo)電水凝膠作為一種新型生物材料，具有良好的吸水性、保水性、導(dǎo)電性，在心血管疾病中的研究越來越廣泛，有望在不久的將來實現(xiàn)臨床轉(zhuǎn)化?，F(xiàn)就導(dǎo)電水凝膠在心血管疾病中的應(yīng)用進行總結(jié)。

1990—2019年全球心血管疾病的總患者數(shù)從2.71億增加到5.23億，死亡人數(shù)從1 210萬增加到1 860萬，是全球疾病經(jīng)濟負擔的主要原因［1］，其中以心肌梗死為代表的缺血性心臟病的發(fā)病率最高。（剩余11231字）
