腎積水與高血壓的研究進展

【摘要】腎積水是繼發(fā)性高血壓的原因之一。目前對腎積水所致高血壓的機制了解甚少，現(xiàn)主要通過對腎積水所致高血壓發(fā)病機制展開描述，建議腎積水血壓升高應作為手術治療的指征。

【Abstract】Hydronephrosis is one of the causes of secondary hypertension.Little is known about the mechanism of hypertension caused by hydronephrosis.This article mainly describes the pathogenesis of hypertension caused by hydronephrosis，and suggests that the increase of blood pressure during hydronephrosis should be the indication of surgical treatment.
