淺談如何提高數(shù)字化培訓效果

——提高仿真系統(tǒng)的培訓實效和數(shù)字化教室的建設

摘要：培訓是增強企業(yè)員工素質(zhì)，為企業(yè)提供強大智力支持的重要途徑。對于煉化企業(yè)來說，數(shù)字化培訓在企業(yè)培訓中，占有舉足輕重的地位，而其中的仿真系統(tǒng)和數(shù)字化教室的建設又是重中之重。該文就影響數(shù)字化培訓效果的因素進行梳理，并提出相應的建議和看法。

How to Improve the Digital Training Effect

--Improve the Training Effectiveness of Simulation System and the Construction of Digital Classroom

Abstract： Training is an important way to enhance the quality of employees and provide powerful intellectual support for enterprises. For refining and chemical enterprises， digital training plays an important role in enterprise training， and the construction of simulation system and digital classroom is the most important. This paper reviews the factors that affect the effect of digital training. At the same time， the corresponding suggestions and views are put forward.
