太湖溇港灌溉工程遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與開發(fā)研究

摘  要：如何在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)調(diào)適遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與持續(xù)發(fā)展之間的矛盾是一項(xiàng)重大課題。港圩田是太湖流域特有的水利類型，具有舉足輕重的地位。文章基于對(duì)太湖溇港的由來(lái)、演變，介紹了太湖溇港灌溉工程遺產(chǎn)資源的內(nèi)容，并通過(guò)對(duì)其價(jià)值、現(xiàn)狀的分析，提出了遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)與開發(fā)的對(duì)策。

Abstract： In modern society， it is a major task  to overcome the conflict between protection of water heritage and sustainable development. Lougangs （rivulets） and polders are Lake-Tai-Basin-specific water resource engineering projects with major significance. This paper presents the Lougang Heritage Irrigation Structure， tracing the origins and evolution of the Lougangs along Lake Tai; and through analysis of their values and current conditions， proposes countermeasures on their protection and development.

2016年11月，湖州太湖溇港水利遺產(chǎn)由國(guó)際灌排委員會(huì)評(píng)定公布，成為第三批世界灌溉工程遺產(chǎn)。（剩余7680字）
