危重患者氣管插管拔管后吞咽功能障礙研究新進(jìn)展

【摘要】 危重患者氣管插管拔管后吞咽功能障礙可影響患者預(yù)后，嚴(yán)重增加社會(huì)醫(yī)療負(fù)擔(dān)及照護(hù)負(fù)擔(dān)。本文從危重患者氣管插管拔管后吞咽功能障礙的流行病學(xué)情況及原因、影響因素和干預(yù)策略進(jìn)行總結(jié)，可為危重患者氣管插管拔管后吞咽功能障礙的管理提供借鑒和參考。

【Abstract】 Post-tracheal extubation swallowing dysfunction in critically ill patients may negatively affect patient prognosis，and cause significant increases in relevant medical and social burden as well as care burden. We reviewed the epidemiology，causes，associated factors and interventions regarding post-tracheal extubation swallowing dysfunction in critically ill patients，aiming at providing evidence for the management of post-tracheal extubation swallowing dysfunctionin this group.

氣管插管是快速改善危重患者的氧合進(jìn)行氣道管理的有效方法，可幫助患者恢復(fù)呼吸，是必要救生措施［1］。（剩余17047字）
