老年健康性別差異視角下的護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)
摘要:闡述中國(guó)老齡化性別差異現(xiàn)狀,梳理老年護(hù)理人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題。從加大專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)力度、設(shè)計(jì)院校培養(yǎng)路徑、保障用人單位留住人才等方面探討緩解中國(guó)老年護(hù)理專業(yè)人才緊缺的策略,為中國(guó)不斷加深的老齡化性別差異護(hù)理工作提供參考。

Cultivation of nursing talents from the perspective of gender difference in elderly health

Abstract: This paper expounds the current situation of gender differences in aging in China, untangles the existing problems in the training of elderly nursing talents, and discusses the strategies to alleviate the shortage of elderly nursing professionals in China from the aspects of increasing the training of professional talents, designing the training path of colleges and universities, and ensuring the retention of talents by employers, so as to provide reference for the deepening gender difference nursing work in China.
