第二產(chǎn)程自發(fā)用力的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況與展望

摘要：提高產(chǎn)婦分娩體驗(yàn)是提高生育意愿、扭轉(zhuǎn)人口負(fù)增長(zhǎng)的重要策略之一。助產(chǎn)服務(wù)模式認(rèn)為分娩是自然的生理過(guò)程，第二產(chǎn)程自發(fā)用力能夠改善產(chǎn)婦分娩體驗(yàn)，已在多個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)得到應(yīng)用。對(duì)第二產(chǎn)程自發(fā)用力的內(nèi)容、特點(diǎn)、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況及其對(duì)母嬰結(jié)局的影響進(jìn)行綜述，旨在為第二產(chǎn)程用力管理提供參考。

Application status and prospects of spontaneous pushing during second stage of labour among women during vaginal birth

Abstract： Positive childbirth experience is one of the vital strategies to enhance birth intention and birth rates. Midwifery service supports that childbirth is a physiological process and spontaneous pushing during this process could enhance womens childbirth experience， which has been adopted by many countries or regions. This research aims to review and summarize the content and characteristic of spontaneous pushing during the second stage of labour and its effects on maternal and neonatal outcomes， thereby providing evidence for pushing management during the second stage of labour.
