淺談橋門式起重機(jī)起升雙限位開關(guān)

摘要：為有效防止沖頂事故，橋（門）式起重機(jī)安裝有兩種不同形式的高度限位裝置。文中通過對檢驗(yàn)時(shí)遇到的一臺地面操作的電動(dòng)單梁起升機(jī)構(gòu)高度限位器的研究，探討兩種高度限位器的分?jǐn)嗷芈?、?dòng)作順序并分析其原因。進(jìn)一步針對地面操作不方便驗(yàn)證開關(guān)有效性的問題，提出解決方案，具有一定的工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值和參考意義。

Analysis of Double Height Limitators of Bridge and Gantry Crane

Abstract： In order to effectively prevent the hoist collision accident， bridge and gantry cranes are required to install two different type height limitators. Based on the study of a ground-operated height limiter of electric single-beam hoisting mechanism， the breaking circuit and action sequence of the two types of height limiter are discussed and the reasons are analyzed.In view of the problem that the ground operation is not easy to verify the effectiveness of the limitator， solutions are proposed， which have certain engineering application value and reference significance.
